The role involves defining service architecture, member experience, and interaction patterns, leveraging AI and data to build scalable and emotionally resonant products.

Responsibilities

• Define and design connected family experiences
• Translate complex systems into intuitive journeys
• Lead UI/UX design from concept to launch
• Create elegant and accessible interfaces
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools
• Use AI to accelerate research and ideation
• Develop design frameworks and service blueprints
• Inspire and guide designers
• Influence roadmap decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years designing consumer-facing mobile products
• Portfolio demonstrating journey orchestration and interface craft
• Experience designing for human-centered ecosystems
• Proven ability to prototype with AI tools
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills
• Collaborative and curious mindset
