Multiply Labs is seeking a Robotics Field Engineer to be the on-site operational lead for their robotic system in Somerset, New Jersey. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to coordinate operations, manage material workflows, and ensure the reliability of automated manufacturing systems for cell therapies.

Responsibilities

• Detailed planning of daily cluster schedules
• System triage and recovery
• Issue tracking and communication
• Technical troubleshooting and scripting with Python

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software), Robotics, or related discipline
• 2+ years of professional experience in field engineering or system integration
• Familiarity with Python
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting electromechanical systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
