Job Description

Multiply Labs is seeking an analytical Head of Finance to build and lead the company’s financial systems, overseeing planning, reporting, and controls to enable data-driven decisions and fiscal compliance. This role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure efficient and sustainable scaling.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute financial strategy
• Support capital markets activities
• Evaluate strategic initiatives through financial modeling
• Provide strategic insight into company performance
• Develop long-range financial plans
• Prepare financial materials for Board meetings
• Develop and maintain the company’s financial model
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports
• Oversee accounting operations
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Implement internal financial controls
• Lead implementation of finance systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in financial management
• Proven success scaling finance functions in venture-backed environments
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Experience managing external accounting partners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail
