Job Description

Multiply Labs is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own and expand relationships with their cell therapy customers. This role will serve as the primary commercial and operational partner for pharma and biotech accounts, driving customer success and aligning the company’s roadmap with customer needs. The position blends strategic account partnership with hands-on customer success, working closely with various internal teams to deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end commercial relationships with pharma and biotech accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Manage key stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Lead expansion initiatives
  • Shape pricing and contract terms
  • Track account health and revenue forecasts
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities
  • Coordinate customer pilots and testing
  • Act as the customer’s voice internally
  • Ensure alignment on GxP expectations and compliance
  • Own operational relationship post-sale
  • Lead customer onboarding and launch execution
  • Deliver customer training
  • Serve as escalation point for customer needs
  • Monitor performance and adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years in Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Product Management, or Program Management within biotech, pharma, or life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GxP and regulatory expectations
  • Experience bringing a product to market
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Success owning enterprise customer relationships
  • Experience interfacing with technical and scientific stakeholders
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
