Job Description

Multiply Labs is seeking a Research Scientist specializing in robotic manipulation to develop the next generation of intelligent robotic systems for automating and scaling the production of cell therapies. The role involves conducting research, collaborating on publications, developing prototypes, and applying research to real-world problems.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a robotics-relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in research and development
• Strong understanding of robotic manipulation approaches (imitation learning, reinforcement learning, VLA models)
• High proficiency with Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch)
• Experience with large code bases
• Experience with robotics simulation environments (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet)
• Experience deploying onto physical robot hardware
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals
