Job Description

Multiply Labs is seeking a Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer to build and scale the global supply chain for their robotic cell-therapy manufacturing platform. This role involves leading supplier strategy, managing COGS, and ensuring scalability from prototype to commercial production, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy
• Manage supplier network
• Lead supplier management activities
• Oversee supplier audits
• Manage design transfer from R&D to production
• Partner with Finance on pricing strategies
• Develop robot installation and service strategy
• Implement and manage supply chain systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in regulated industries
• Experience taking hardware systems to scaled manufacturing
• Deep experience with design transfer and production ramp-ups
• Strong understanding of supplier quality management and regulatory frameworks
• Experience implementing ERP/MRP systems
• Fluency in DFM/DFA principles
• Strong financial acumen
