Job Description

Ambi Robotics is seeking a temporary part-time Robot Operator/Technician to operate AmbiStack systems at a customer site. The role involves system installation, issue resolution, forklift operation, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system assembly/installation
• Monitor AmbiStack machines
• Relocate pallets with a forklift
• Serve as the customer point-of-contact
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance
• Report abnormalities to the development team
• Build and maintain technical support processes
• Contribute to support team projects

Requirements

• Product support engineering experience in electro-mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Jira
• Basic technical skills in software, mechanical, and electrical engineering
• Strong attention to detail and customer communication skills
• Self-starter mentality
• Forklift Operator Certification
