Job Description

Topaz Labs is seeking a hands-on Principal Security Engineer to own the security posture of the entire organization, spanning cloud, colocation facilities, and corporate devices. This role requires a generalist with expertise in infrastructure, corporate IT, and offensive security, focused on securing a hybrid infrastructure and protecting valuable AI models.

Responsibilities

• Secure hybrid infrastructure (AWS & Colo)
• Manage endpoint security
• Ensure secure creative workflows
• Conduct penetration testing
• Secure the AI supply chain

Requirements

• 7+ years of security engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, IAM, VPC, SOC II, Vanta)
• Expertise in Jamf for macOS management and Active Directory
• Experience securing physical office networks and colocation facilities
• Demonstrated ability in manual penetration testing
• Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash)
