Topaz Labs is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to help customers succeed with their software through answering questions, creating tutorials, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. This is a cross-functional role with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions
• Create tutorials and documentation
• Improve customer experience
• Implement improvements to customer experience

Requirements

• Videographer, editor, designer, or artist
• Strong work ethic
• First principles thinking
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of colorspace and video file types (plus)
• Experience with Video AI or Topaz Labs products (plus)
