Job Description

Waabi is seeking a Director of OEM & Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with company goals, manage relationships with OEM partners, and drive negotiations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding of business processes within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automotive and partnership strategy
• Drive negotiations with OEM partners
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and legal teams
• Build and manage strong partnerships
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements
• Evaluate and maintain partner engagement
• Convey business and product requirements

Requirements

• MS/MBA or Bachelor’s degree in management, technical, or engineering field
• 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
• Automotive experience with OEMs
• Understanding of business processes and product strategy
• Experience developing new product strategy
• Track record of developing strategic partnerships
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Passion for self-driving technologies
