Job Description

Waabi is seeking a Fleet Specialist to work with commercial vehicle drivers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of self-driving vehicles. This role involves preparing vehicles for trips, monitoring vehicle status, annotating events, providing information to drivers, and supporting the fleet and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle systems for manual and autonomous trips
• Monitor vehicle system status during trips
• Annotate on-road events to improve autonomous system performance
• Provide vehicle system information to the driver
• Collaborate with operations team for communication
• Support vehicle inspections, maintenance, and record-keeping
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in logistics or operations preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel
• Open-minded and collaborative team player
