Job Description

Waabi is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Workplace Portfolio Lead to oversee and optimize their real estate and facilities portfolio across the United States and Canada. This role involves developing long-term facilities strategies, managing real estate transactions, space planning, capital budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute facilities portfolio strategy
• Manage real estate transactions and lease negotiations
• Develop efficient space utilization solutions
• Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets
• Provide strategic vendor management guidance
• Collect and analyze facilities metrics
• Drive sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Communicate facilities strategies to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher
• 7+ years of experience in facilities or real estate management
• Experience managing a multi-site portfolio
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate
• Proven budget and capital plan management skills
• Experience managing vendors and contracts
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Strong leadership and people management skills
