Job Description

Varo is seeking an innovative and data-driven Product Manager to lead key initiatives across their lending products, including Varo Advance and Line of Credit. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from research and design to implementation and iteration, with a focus on customer and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more credit products
• Develop and execute a product roadmap
• Define product success based on KPIs
• Optimize features for customer needs and operational costs
• Use data and insights to drive engagement
• Collaborate with data science, design, risk, and marketing teams
• Work with agile teams to implement product features

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience, 8+ as a Product Manager
• Track record of launching lending products
• Experience leading a credit product line
• Experience with product optimization and A/B testing
• Experience managing front end and core product functionality
