Job Description

Conduktor is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by building and closing new client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a territory, exceeding sales targets, and promoting Conduktor’s value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing assigned territory
  • Building and closing new client relationships
  • Partnering with solution specialists
  • Exceeding pipeline and revenue targets

  • Utilizing a solution approach to selling
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in Account Executive role within SaaS
  • Experience selling enterprise data software into US banks
  • Experience encouraging senior level customers
  • Understanding of data technology ecosystem (Kafka, Data Streaming)
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy
  • Previous startup experience
