Job Description

Conduktor is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize demand generation programs. This role focuses on ICP targeting, campaign execution, and conversion optimization, collaborating with CEO, product, sales, and RevOps to drive measurable pipeline. The position requires a high level of ownership and a hands-on approach to achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Execute ICP & ABM programs
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Deliver content resonating with ICP personas
  • Track MQL to SQL conversion
  • Improve visibility in AI-driven search and SEO/SEM
  • Drive GTM campaigns for product launches
  • Collaborate with sales and BDRs

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing
  • Experience with ABM platforms and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and attribution reporting
  • Experience building MQL to SQL conversion processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Startup/scale-up experience preferred
