Job Description

Conduktor is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead their entire growth engine, encompassing strategy and execution across demand generation, ABM, partnerships, events, and BDR motions. This role involves building marketing-to-sales infrastructure, repeatable playbooks, and leading a cross-functional team to drive revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy and budget across demand generation channels
  • Design and optimize marketing-to-sales infrastructure
  • Manage and develop a cross-functional growth team
  • Lead product launch GTM planning
  • Build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership on pipeline goals
  • Drive partnership marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years managing teams
  • Career built primarily through digital marketing channels
  • Deep hands-on experience across multiple growth levers
  • Track record building demand generation infrastructure in high-growth environments
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make strategic tradeoffs
  • Strong strategic voice and executive presence
  • Excitement about building systems and developing people
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers is a plus
  • Platform expertise with 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce
