Kraken is seeking a Client Value Lead to partner with clients and internal teams to identify, frame, and quantify the value Kraken delivers. This role involves building tailored value propositions, translating success data, and working cross-functionally to ensure compelling and consistent client value cases.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to quantify value enabled by Kraken
  • Build tailored client value propositions and business cases
  • Translate success data for utility prospects
  • Quantify market relevant value propositions
  • Establish baselines and evidence improvements
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other teams
  • Improve Global Client Value team frameworks
  • Be a cultural ambassador for Kraken
