Job Description

The Client Delivery Lead manages the relationship with clients and internal teams to deliver technology solutions, primarily focused on migrating clients to the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of Kraken's capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation and adaptation to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships
• Serve as the first point of contact for tech development
• Triage incoming requests and communicate priorities
• Summarize and articulate client needs
• Support the engineering team
• Challenge clients to adopt new approaches

Requirements

• Strong agile delivery experience
• Experience in product management and customer journeys
• Solid understanding of technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Experience with complex delivery pipelines
• Technical mindset and experience in the energy sector
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience in client-facing roles
