Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to manage tech domains for North American clients undergoing technology transformations with their SmartFlex product. This role involves managing client relationships, triaging requests, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver solutions and adapt client ways of working to Kraken’s development style.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships
• Serve as first point of contact for tech development
• Triage incoming requests
• Summarize client needs
• Support engineering team
• Challenge clients to adopt new tech approaches

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated utilities environment
• Strong agile delivery experience
• Experience of product management and customer journeys
• Solid understanding of technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Experience with complex delivery pipelines
• Technical mindset and energy sector experience
• Degree qualified equivalent
• Client facing and stakeholder management experience
