Kraken is seeking a Client Implementation Lead to manage the technology transformation journeys of North American clients, focusing on migrating them to the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. This role involves bridging the gap between client needs and Kraken's development teams, ensuring successful implementation and adaptation to Kraken's development style.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tech development
  • Act as a knowledge base for Kraken's functionality
  • Triage requests and communicate priorities
  • Articulate client needs internally
  • Support engineering teams
  • Challenge clients to adopt new tech approaches

Requirements

  • Strong agile delivery experience
  • Experience in product management and customer journeys
  • Solid understanding of technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience with complex delivery pipelines
  • Patience and consulting experience (plus)
  • Regulatory compliance experience (plus)
  • Technical mindset and experience in the energy sector
  • Degree qualified equivalent
  • Client facing and stakeholder management experience
