Job Description

This role will own the technical part of a major client program with an international energy retailer, leading the technical pillar of migration and subsequent technical relationship. It involves managing a program of change, client interaction, and potentially evolving into broader technical program responsibility or technology account management.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships with technology and executive stakeholders
• Defining success criteria and governance for technical program delivery
• Owning the Kraken platform localization plan
• Articulating client needs internally
• Directing internal and external developers
• Supporting client business needs through tech delivery
• Aligning client direction with Kraken platform goals
• Setting up training programs for clients

• Technical mindset with engineering experience
• Experience in managing complex technology implementation programs
• Proven experience in software adaptation, deployment, and integration
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
