Kraken is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for outage management across their platform. This role involves collaborating with utilities and internal teams to develop AI-powered products that improve outage communication, reporting, and restoration coordination, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define outage management vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Partner with utilities and internal teams to identify needs
• Translate insights into product outcomes and metrics
• Design and build tools for outage visibility and coordination
• Continuously improve product performance based on live events

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
• 2+ years of experience in the utility industry
• Understanding of utility outage operations
• Systems thinking and ability to connect data and workflows
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfort engaging with clients
• Passion for customer experience
