Job Description

Kraken is seeking a technically proficient Senior Client Success Engineer to provide expert support to clients, translate technical challenges into product improvements, and mentor junior team members. The role involves deep diving into applications, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver value and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex client queries
  • Translate technical challenges into product proposals
  • Train clients on product usage
  • Implement automation and self-service initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and partnerships teams
  • Provide technical onboarding support
  • Mentor junior CSEs
  • Participate in on-call rotation (optional)

Requirements
