Job Description

Juul Labs is seeking a Senior Director of Offline Engagement to design, develop, and deliver integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels. This role focuses on driving acquisition, engagement, and loyalty among adult smokers and vapers, while also identifying and evaluating new geographical markets for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated brand experiences
• Develop experiential marketing programs
• Optimize engagement programs for conversion
• Negotiate with and manage agencies
• Lead and oversee in-market engagement programs
• Collaborate on communication messages
• Manage programs on strategy, time, and budget
• Shape offline engagement strategies
• Identify and evaluate new geographies
• Develop tailored approaches for market entry

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executing engagement programs
• Proven track record of driving business growth
• Proven track record of leading teams
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA preferred
• US nicotine category experience or CPG experience in regulated industries preferred
