Job Description

The Enterprise Systems Developer will contribute to the development, administration, support, and optimization of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business applications. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance across Finance, Global Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Lead/participate in ERP upgrades and implementations
• Manage day-to-day ERP operations
• Design and maintain system integrations
• Ensure data integrity and security
• Maintain adherence to data analysis best practices
• Assist in creating systems diagrams
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools for data analytics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ERP development or similar role
• Proven experience with API and integration technologies
• Proficiency with SQL Server
• Experience managing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and large datasets
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, ITGC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
