Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to leverage actuarial expertise in evaluating business opportunities, forecasting analyses, and assessing the financial and clinical value delivered to members and payor partners. The role involves developing tools, collaborating with business development and clinical teams, and analyzing profitability to inform strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to measure value-based arrangement performance
• Evaluate new business opportunities
• Collaborate on patient attribution algorithms
• Assist with cost and revenue forecasting
• Demonstrate client value through reporting
• Analyze profitability by duration and acuity
• Monitor performance against forecasts

Requirements

• Associate or working towards Associate of the Society of Actuaries with 3+ completed exams
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of actuarial experience in healthcare, managed care, or consulting
• Medicaid experience preferred
• Experience with value-based reimbursement preferred
• SQL and/or SAS skills preferred
• Experience with CMS T-MSIS data preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
