Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Manager, Behavioral Health to oversee a regional team of therapists, care managers, and assistants serving patients with severe mental illness. The role is primarily administrative, focusing on team management, performance, program outcomes, and strategic planning, with a small clinical component involving case consultation and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional cross-functional care team
• Provide oversight and 1:1 support to supervisors
• Uphold team adherence to policies and targets
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and training
• Analyze metrics and improve team efficiency
• Serve as a liaison in leadership meetings
• Consult on behavioral health cases
• Manage patient escalations
• Support service recovery

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• Independent licensure in TX, MO, or LA (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
• 5+ years of post-licensure behavioral health experience
• 3+ years of management/supervision experience
• Experience with children, adolescents, and caregivers
• Experience with chart auditing and training
• Telehealth experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records
