Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Missouri-licensed psychotherapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children, adolescents, and families with special health care needs. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to provide whole-child support and address emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapeutic intervention to children with severe mental illness
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and form treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT)
• Monitor progress using PROMs (PHQ9, GAD7)
• Conduct crisis assessments and safety planning
• Provide post-acute transition support
• Document visits in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with behavioral health manager and crisis team
• Work collaboratively with crisis team members

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related area
• Missouri independent license (LCSW preferred)
• 1-2 years’ experience post-licensure in behavioral health
• 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and caregivers
• Certification/Training in CBT and DBT
• Experience with high-risk populations (suicidal ideation, SPMI)
• Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Telehealth experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Availability in the evening and after school hours
