Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Psychologist to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, consultation, and evidence-based intervention for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. The role involves collaborating with families, clinicians, and care systems to optimize developmental and behavioral outcomes within a value-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments
• Diagnose neurodevelopmental disorders
• Develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide psychological therapy/intervention
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with pediatricians and therapists
• Assist in care planning
• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers
• Assess and intervene in behavioral crises
• Adhere to documentation standards

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Licensed Psychologist with BCBA experience
• 1-3 years post-licensure experience with pediatric neurodevelopmental populations
• Proficiency in standardized assessments
• Familiarity with virtual telehealth
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings
