Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Director, Partner Success to drive client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department. This role focuses on managing client relationships, leading strategic account planning, and ensuring operational and financial performance within a dedicated geographic region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client growth and success
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Maintain partner relationships
  • Manage contractual requirements
  • Lead Joint Operating Committee meetings
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Build oversight model for managing multiple plans
  • Develop tools and processes for client delivery

  • Communicate strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing/client success role
  • Experience with health plan clients
  • Commercial mindset
  • Cross-functional experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Track record of leading and scaling teams
  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and value-based care
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
  • Strong relationship building skills
