This role involves building fluency in data reporting, creating presentations on contract performance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve contract performance and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Report against contract obligations
• Translate data into presentations
• Project manage follow-ups
• Support Joint Operating Committee meetings
• Build and manage templates
• Document process optimization
• Improve contract performance
• Coordinate efforts across organization
• Generate reporting with data team
• Communicate project status

Requirements

• 1-3+ years healthcare experience
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Commercial mindset
• Understanding of value-based care
• Cross-functional work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Willingness to travel (20%)
