The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and strategic execution of Imagine Pediatrics’ clinical model, working with leadership to drive operational efficiencies through data analytics and KPI monitoring. This role blends data-driven insights with leadership and clinical expertise to ensure the care model delivers measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs
• Optimize patient scheduling
• Oversee patient record management
• Ensure clinical data accuracy
• Translate data into actionable strategies
• Develop and report performance dashboards
• Enhance engagement, retention, and patient satisfaction
• Align team goals with organizational strategy
• Track and report market-level KPIs
• Drive patient access and care team efficiency
• Streamline processes and improve workflows
• Participate in SOP development
• Stay current with industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience (managed care/value-based care preferred)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with value-based arrangements
• Experience managing a team
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and analytic skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
