Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a certified Paramedic to provide in-home and community-based care to pediatric patients with special health care needs. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver episodic and longitudinal care, responding to acute needs, and assisting with member onboarding and discharge follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Travel to members’ homes for acute and episodic care
• Collaborate with an integrated care team
• Assist with urgent member needs
• Assist with clinical intake visits
• Prevent readmissions and identify root causes
• Provide therapeutic intervention under physician guidance

Requirements

• EMT-Paramedic license in Missouri or National Registered Paramedic (NREMT)
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• 3+ years of field clinical experience
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with technology platforms
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
