Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Care Specialist (Paramedic Certified) to deliver in-home care to children with special health care needs. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, providing acute and episodic care, assisting with member onboarding, and preventing readmissions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reimagining pediatric healthcare and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to members’ homes for acute and episodic care
• Collaborate with an integrated care team
• Provide therapeutic intervention under physician guidance
• Assist with member onboarding
• Prevent readmissions and identify root causes

Requirements

• EMT-Paramedic license in Missouri or National Registered Paramedic (NREMT)
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• 3+ years of field clinical experience
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with technology platforms
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
