Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, family-centered care to children with medical complexity in their homes and virtually. This role involves travel to patient homes within a 75-100 mile radius of Atlanta, GA, and providing both in-home care and virtual nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes for episodic, longitudinal, and urgent care
• Build relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with an integrated care team
• Conduct in-home assessments and perform procedures
• Provide virtual nursing and manage urgent pediatric needs
• Document in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license
• PALS & BLS certification
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• 4+ years of pediatric nursing experience
• 1–2 years of pediatric emergency medicine experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
