Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Director of Member Engagement to establish and lead the strategic vision for their centralized call center and engagement strategies. This role involves scaling operations, leading a team of engagement associates, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance member enrollment and engagement in clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the member contact and engagement center
• Lead a team of engagement associates for patient enrollment
• Manage outreach team for timely member enrollment
• Execute enrollment targets through team performance management
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Stay abreast of call center technology
• Maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in patient engagement, ideally in Medicaid
• Track record of building operations from the ground up
• Ability to manage metrics and budgets
• Experience establishing organizational goals
• Demonstrable track record of cross-team collaboration
