Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Associate to conduct outbound calls and support program enrollment for prospective members with special health care needs. This role involves communicating the company's value proposition, addressing concerns, and documenting interactions in a CRM system, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and SMS
• Communicate Imagine Pediatrics’ value proposition
• Address parent/family questions and concerns
• Meet or exceed performance targets
• Facilitate family and patient handoffs
• Document call notes in a CRM system
• Leverage reporting to identify and reach unresponsive families
• Participate in team meetings
• Escalate feedback on enrollment barriers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Reliable internet access
• 1+ year of experience in metrics-driven outreach/customer service
• Ability to overcome objections
• Proficiency in multiple software applications
• Ability to learn medical terminology and program details
• Ability to balance competing priorities
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
