Job Description

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Engagement to lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates in a centralized call center. This role involves direct supervision, training, performance management, and assisting with call volume to meet enrollment targets. The position is remote with occasional travel and a preference for candidates in specific states.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide feedback
  • Manage timekeeping and attendance
  • Deliver continuous training
  • Oversee performance management
  • Act as a backup for taking calls
  • Improve service and efficiency
  • Resolve team issues and caller inquiries
  • Compile and analyze performance data
  • Support team in achieving target goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of call center experience with coaching/mentoring
  • Proficiency in Talkdesk and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with complex projects and problem-solving
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare call center experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
