Reserv is seeking a Senior Coverage Counsel to act as a legal advisor and strategist, ensuring clients’ coverage matters are handled legally and efficiently. This role requires an experienced attorney comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment focused on automating claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions on coverage issues
• Review/draft coverage recommendations and denial letters
• Collaborate with outside counsel
• Strategize on processes and procedures for claims handling
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable advice

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active law license
• 5+ years of experience in insurance litigation and coverage
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Solid case evaluation and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
