Reserv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Liability Team Lead to provide leadership and technical support to a team of claims adjusters. This role balances management responsibilities with individual claim handling, focusing on leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency and performance within a rapidly growing insurtech company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of professional liability adjusting staff
• Provide coaching and feedback
• Serve as backup for Claims Manager
• Onboard new hires
• Handle escalated claims
• Implement best practices for claims handling
• Prepare claims reports and analyses
• Foster a positive work environment
• Attract, hire, and train team members
• Identify trends and topics for team discussions

Requirements

• 10+ years insurance claims experience in professional liability
• Experience with MPL, D&O, EPLI, and E&O claims
• Active insurance adjuster’s license
• 3+ years leadership experience managing a team
• Comfort with technology and claims systems
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
• Strong ethics and accountability
• JD preferred
