Reserv is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused General Liability Adjuster to handle claims, triage critical issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams for process improvements. The role involves direct customer interaction, claim management, and contributing to a tech-driven claims organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service

• Analyze coverage
• Establish and adjust reserves

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (JD or insurance designations preferred)
• Active adjuster license
• 5+ years of general liability claims experience
• Experience with construction liability, employers liability, and complex litigation
• Knowledge of state regulations
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Collaborative skills
