Job Description

Reserv is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Professional Lines Adjuster to handle claims, triage critical issues, and deliver excellent service. The role involves analyzing claims, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests
• Analyze and review professional liability insurance claims
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Manage legal aspects of litigated cases
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
• Oversee investigative service providers
• Maintain adjuster licenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active insurance adjuster’s license
• 7+ years of MPL claims experience (nursing home, property management, real estate)
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
