Job Description

Reserv is seeking highly organized and customer-focused Resolution Specialists to handle transportation-related claims. The role involves communicating with customers, managing claim inventories, triaging critical claims, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve processes. The ideal candidate will be motivated, empathetic, and possess a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests
• Manage litigated and non-litigated cases
• Analyze and review auto insurance claims
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
• Manage non-litigation and litigation cases
• Collaborate with counsel and vendors
• Review legal documents
• Analyze policy language and make coverage decisions
• Control vendor activities and costs
• Maintain adjuster licenses

Requirements

• Active insurance adjuster’s license
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of transportation claims adjusting experience
• Experience with third-party PD, bodily injury, UM/UIM, and litigation
• Willingness to obtain licenses within 60 days
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
