Reserv is seeking a Director of Commercial Transportation Claims to lead a team overseeing a variety of commercial transportation claims. The role focuses on leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency and performance, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage a unit of Commercial Transportation claims professionals
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Monitor and analyze claims data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years in insurance claims management experience in Commercial Transportation
• 5+ years of management experience
• Active home state adjusters license
• Comfort with technology
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
