Job Description

Reserv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Team Lead to oversee a team handling commercial transportation claims. This role requires a working leader with a strong background in claims adjudication, leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and performance. The Team Lead will balance management responsibilities with individual claim handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Align team with client and customer expectations
• Serve as a resource for escalated claims
• Foster a positive work environment
• Attract, hire, retain, and train team members
• Prepare and present claims reports
• Serve as backup when the Manager is out of office
• Onboard new hires
• Provide SME support
• Identify topics for team discussions
• Champion customer obsession

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preference for transportation claims
• Active adjuster license
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preference for remote management
• Comfort with technology
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
• Integrity and accountability
