Job Description

Reserv is seeking highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Transportation Resolution Specialists to handle commercial transportation (interstate trucking) claims. The role involves communicating with customers, managing claim inventories, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all parties involved, with a focus on quick and effective resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, text, and email
• Gather claim information and explain the claims process
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Work with APD team on property damage claims
• Recognize recovery opportunities (subrogation, salvage, total loss)
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
• Negotiate settlements
• Develop claims guidelines and best practices
• Manage outside service providers
• Engage in continuous learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active insurance adjuster’s license
• 5+ years of experience in commercial transportation claims adjusting
• Experience with third-party bodily injury, UM/UIM, and litigation
• Knowledge of MCS90 and state equivalents
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Willingness to travel
