Job Description

Reserv is seeking organized and customer-focused Transportation Physical Damage Claims Adjusters to handle claims, triage critical cases, and deliver excellent service. The role involves communicating with customers, managing claim inventories, and working towards optimal claim resolutions in a tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve claims
• Gather claim information and explain policy coverage
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and rental reimbursement
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys
• Contribute to claims guideline development
• Oversee investigative service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active insurance adjuster’s license
• 5+ years of commercial transportation claims experience
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Ability to analyze claims data and make sound decisions
• Problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous learning
