Job Description

Reserv is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Protection Resolution Specialist to investigate and evaluate PIP/MP claims and coverage. The role involves handling claims, providing customer service, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and contributing to process improvements within a tech-driven claims organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to policyholders and claimants
• Investigate PIP/MP claims to determine coverage and injury extent
• Gather documentation and interview involved parties
• Assess claim validity and determine settlement amounts
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions
• Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and medical providers
• Prepare claim reports and provide input for process improvements
• Oversee outside investigative service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Protection
• Experience with NY/NJ/MI/FL/KY states preferred
• Experience with commercial or ride share policies preferred
• Active adjuster license(s) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving and status quo challenging mindset
• Desire for continuous professional development
