Reserv is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a team of claims professionals managing claims in multiple lines of business. The role focuses on operational effectiveness, leveraging technology and analytics to improve performance, and maintaining high quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial transportation claims and a passion for building a tech-driven claims organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field
• Active adjuster license
• 10+ years in insurance claims management experience
• 5+ years management experience
• Comfort with technology
