Job Description

Reserv is seeking organized and customer-focused Transportation Claims Adjusters to handle claims, triage critical issues, and deliver excellent service. The role involves customer interaction, claim management, process improvement, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to enhance claims resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests
• Gather claim information and explain policy coverage
• Manage claim inventory and establish reserves
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and rental reimbursement
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys
• Provide input for claims guidelines and process improvements
• Oversee investigative service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active adjuster license required
• 3+ years of transportation claims adjusting experience
• Experience with rideshare, first-party comp/collision, third-party PD, and total loss claims
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions
• Commercial experience preferred
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving and status quo challenging mindset
• Desire for continuous professional development
